Welcome To Beautiful Upper Michigan

This B&B property (Badger Lodge BnB) is listed and operated exclusively as a Bed and Breakfast, not as multiple vacation rentals.  It is zoned for a maximum of eight (8) guests per night, which includes the use of four designated guest rooms (Two rooms in the Lake Suite booked together and two rooms in the Loft Suite Booked together). Our Sister Property, the Badger Den, is under a Munising Township Airbnb permit and is limited to 10 Guests.

No expansion of rental space or guest capacity is permitted. For the preservation of our zoning permit and the comfort of all guests, occupancy limits are strictly enforced. Any parties exceeding the approved guest capacity will be asked to vacate the property without refund.  All parking is on-site only; parking on Powell Lake Road is prohibited.

All public-facing descriptions, booking platforms, and operational practices reflect these requirements in full. We are committed to honoring both the spirit and letter of Munising Township’s ordinances while offering guests a peaceful and legally compliant stay on beautiful Powell Lake.

Any guests breaking the guest limit (Total 4 Guests only in the Lake Suite / total 4 Guest only in the Loft Suite) will be escorted off the property immediately with no refund.  Guests parking on Powell Lake Road will be towed at owner expense.
